I know what it's like to monitor his mood and be blamed as the problem.

For years, I struggled with relationship challenges. I thought it was normal to have conflicts at home, but the more conflict we had, the more our relationship got worse. I know what it's like to monitor his mood and be blamed as the problem.

Instead of trying to change him, I chose to work on myself. I took course after course and did my own healing. I learned to regulate my nervous system, and I learned that I wasn't the problem — I just needed to heal my past and change my subconscious reactions.

When I finally felt safe enough in my own body to soften, everything changed. I healed the fears within me and layers of my traumas. It wasn't easy, but it was so worth it. I finally feel like myself again — and have the freedom to choose what serves me best.

Now, I guide women to do the same and show up fully as their best selves.
