What to bring

How to prepare.

  • A mat or large blanket to lie on
  • Comfortable, loose clothing
  • An eye mask or scarf to cover your eyes
  • A water bottle and tissues
  • An open mind — and a willingness to feel

What to expect

A 90-minute journey.

You'll arrive, settle, and lie down. Sandy guides specific breath patterns alongside curated music — typically 30 minutes of active breathing followed by integration. Most people feel something shift before the session ends. Many cry, many laugh; everything is welcome.
